By downloading, accessing, or using any application developed by Gal Itach ("we", "us", "our"), you explicitly agree to the following terms. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement. "As-Is" Provision & Inaccuracies

All Applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for features or requirements that are currently inaccurate or unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any use of our software.

CloudKit & Data Sovereignty

Several of our applications utilize Apple's CloudKit infrastructure (including Private, Shared, and Public databases). If there are any regulations or privacy worries regarding your data, it is solely up to you to evaluate and decide. Any use of the applications is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Age Suitability

Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Applications.

Justoo: Co-Parent Hand-Offs

No accounts, no passwords, no sign-up — and no Justoo server at all.
We (the developers) store nothing: your data lives only in your own iClouds.
Children's names, photos, messages, and locations never reach us.
GPS, time zones, clocks, Focus modes, and battery all affect alerts.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that complying with any local, state, or international data privacy regulations regarding the information you input into these applications is exclusively your responsibility.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application.
  • Use the Application for illegal purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Legal actions will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Israel.

Accessibility statement

We want this site usable by everyone, and we have built toward WCAG 2.1 level AA rather than treating accessibility as an afterthought. In practice that means: every text and background pair is contrast-checked automatically on each build; every page has one clear heading structure; all interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus outline; images carry alternative text; a skip-to-content link is the first thing a screen reader meets; and all animation is disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.

Known limits: some app screenshots are supplied by the app stores and their alternative text is generic; a few interactive games are visual by nature and have no non-visual equivalent; and this statement covers this website, not the individual mobile applications, which are each accessible to the extent their platform allows.
