Privacy Policy

CharadePulse is a local-first party game. We do not operate a CharadePulse backend, create player accounts, or collect, sell, or use your personal data. Your gameplay is designed to stay on your device unless you choose an optional Apple-powered feature.

1. No Developer Data Collection

We do not collect names, email addresses, contact details, device identifiers, gameplay activity, private prompts, drawings, guesses, room data, or private decks. CharadePulse contains no advertising, behavioural tracking, data broker integrations, or third-party analytics SDKs. We have no developer database, admin dashboard, or support tool that can retrieve this information.

2. Apple Services You May Choose to Use

CharadePulse includes optional features provided by Apple. If you use Game Center for online play, rankings, achievements, invites, or activities, Apple handles the applicable Game Center account and service data under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, payment card details, or Game Center account information.

Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not process or retain your payment information. Refunds, billing, and Apple-account questions are handled by Apple.

3. Local Play and Private Decks

One-phone play and nearby play do not send your prompts, drawings, guesses, or private decks to us. Private decks remain on your device unless you deliberately choose to export a deck file. You are responsible for what you add to, export from, or share through the app.

Online Play & Parent/Guardian Guidance

4. Responsibility for Online Participation

We do not supervise, monitor, or control players or their online interactions. You, and where applicable your parent or guardian, are solely responsible for account settings, invitations, participation, communications, and interactions that arise from optional online features. Please use Apple's parental controls and privacy settings as appropriate.

5. No Responsibility for User Conduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for the conduct, content, interactions, or decisions of players using optional online features. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors and for their minors' use of the app and online services.
