Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 2026
Dot acts as a secure, private logbook for your health data. We adhere to a strict Data Sovereignty philosophy: your health data belongs to you, and we have no way to access, sell, or view it.
1. Health Data Storage
Local First: All cycle logs, symptoms, notes, and medication schedules are stored in a local encrypted database on your device.
iCloud Sync: If enabled, data syncs via your personal Apple iCloud container. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. The developer has absolutely no access to this data stream.
2. Notifications
Medication and Period reminders are scheduled locally on your device using the iOS UserNotifications framework. No server is used to trigger these alerts, ensuring your schedule remains private.
