Privacy Policy

FreelanceFlow is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture. We do not operate proprietary servers to store your financial documents, client lists, or invoices.

1. Data Storage & Sync

All data (Clients, Invoices, Expenses) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. If enabled, data syncs via your personal Apple iCloud account. We (the developer) have no access to, nor control over, this data. The security of your device and iCloud account is your sole responsibility.

2. Device Permissions

• Camera: Used solely for scanning receipts. Images are processed and stored locally.
• FaceID / TouchID: Used to lock the application locally. Biometric data is processed by the iOS Secure Enclave and never leaves the device.
• Photo Library: Accessed only to select business logos or import receipt images.

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: (Free Tier only) Displays ads and may collect device identifiers for personalization.
RevenueCat/StoreKit: Processes subscription status. We do not store or see your credit card or billing details.

Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

1. Absolute User Liability

By using FreelanceFlow, you acknowledge and agree that you are exclusively liable for all data entered into the app, the validity of the documents (Invoices, Receipts, Quotes) generated, and the legal/financial consequences of any "flows" used within the application. The developer shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or legal non-compliance resulting from the use of the app.

2. Not Professional Advice

FreelanceFlow is a data management tool, not a certified accounting system or tax advisory service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with local laws, including but not limited to:

• The Israeli "Hok Mezumanim" (Cash Law).
• The Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001.
• Proper VAT (Ma'am) reporting and ID/Company Number validation.

3. Digital Signature Disclaimer

The digital signatures generated by this app are Standard Electronic Signatures (Self-Signed). They are NOT "Certified Signatures" (חתימה אלקטרונית מאושרת) as defined by Israeli law. Ensuring the legal status of a document as an "Original" (Mekor) for tax purposes is entirely the user's responsibility.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive for precision, tax rates, limits (e.g., Osek Patur ceilings), and rounding logic are subject to change and interpretation. You must verify all totals and tax calculations with a qualified professional before submitting data to tax authorities.

5. "As-Is" Warranty & Data Loss

The app is provided "As-Is" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss due to iCloud sync errors, device failure, or app uninstallation. You are responsible for maintaining periodic external backups via the "Export" feature.
