Privacy Policy

Impossible Valentine is built with a "Zero-Knowledge" philosophy. We believe your dating simulation failures should remain private.

1. Data Storage & Collection

Local Only: All game logic, story progress, unlocked "facts," and inventory items are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. If you delete the app, this data is deleted.
No Servers: We do not have a backend database. We do not collect your IP address, location, contacts, or chat history.

2. Third-Party Services (Apple)

Game Center: We use Apple Game Center to track Achievements. We do not have access to your real identity, only the anonymized Player ID provided by Apple.
In-App Purchases: All transactions are processed securely by the Apple App Store. We never see, store, or process your credit card information.

Terms of Use & Liability Waiver

1. Not Dating Advice

The dialogue options and "winning strategies" in this game are designed for a fictional environment. They are often terrible advice for the real world. The Developer is not responsible for any rejected dates, awkward silences, or drink-throwing incidents that occur if you try these lines in real life.

2. User Responsibility

By using this app, you acknowledge that it is a simulation. You agree not to use the app's content to harass others. The "Impossible" difficulty is a game mechanic, not a judgment on your actual social skills.

3. Refund Policy

"Love Credits" and other In-App Purchases are consumable items used to influence the game story. As per Apple's standard policy for consumable IAPs, these are generally non-refundable once used within the game logic.
