Privacy Policy

Pinned is a parking reminder. It is a separate product from CognitiveAnchor: the two apps have different store listings, package identifiers, and purposes. This policy applies only to Pinned.

1. No Pinned Account or Developer Data Store

Pinned does not require a Pinned account. We do not operate a Pinned advertising, behavioural-tracking, or analytics backend that receives your parking reminders or notification preferences. Reminder state is kept on your device.

2. Device Notifications

If you allow notifications, your device operating system controls their delivery and your permission settings. We do not receive your notification settings or a history of your reminders. You can change notification permission in your device settings at any time.

3. Store Transactions

Purchases and restorations, where offered, are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. The applicable store handles payment information and account data under its own terms. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Use Reminder

Pinned is only a reminder aid. It cannot start, stop, extend, pay for, or verify a parking session, and it does not replace checking the parking service you use. You remain responsible for your parking session, local rules, payments, and deadlines.
