Privacy Policy

RoastCam is designed to be a privacy-conscious entertainment app. We use advanced computer vision to generate comedic "vibe checks," but we do not spy on you.

1. Camera & Face Data

Local Processing: The app accesses your camera solely to detect faces and overlay augmented reality (AR) elements (stickers, text). This processing happens locally on your device's processor.
No Biometric Storage: We do not create a "face fingerprint," we do not identify who the person is, and we do not upload facial scan data to any server. The data is ephemeral and discarded the moment the frame updates.

2. Video Recording

If you choose to record a video roast, the resulting file is saved directly to your device's local storage (Camera Roll). We do not have access to your recordings unless you explicitly share them with us via support channels.

Terms of Use & Liability Waiver

1. Not Psychological Advice

The app generates personality "diagnoses" (e.g., "Certified Simp," "Toxic"). These are jokes. They are not based on psychological science, behavioral analysis, or medical data. Do not use this app to make actual judgments about people's character.

2. Anti-Bullying & User Responsibility

You agree to use RoastCam responsibly. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any video you generate and share. The Developer is not liable for:

• Social consequences of sharing a roast.
• Misuse of the app to harass, bully, or defame individuals.
• Recording individuals without their consent.

3. "AI" Disclaimer

While the app uses Machine Learning for face tracking, the "Vibe Check" results are a simulation. The AI does not actually know if your friend is a "Red Flag."
