Zen Stack Masters is a physics game that can be used offline and does not rely on a Valorem-operated backend. If you choose to use Apple platform services, such as Game Center or App Store purchases, those services are governed by Apple's terms and disclosures. Review the current App Store privacy label for the version you use.
1. Current Provider Disclosure
The current App Store App Privacy section is the platform-facing source for collection, tracking, sharing, retention, and purpose disclosures. This page does not represent that no information is processed by Apple or other services you choose to enable.
2. Local Game Progress
Core game progress is held on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device, locally held progress can be lost. Apple account and device settings can affect optional platform services.
3. Apple Game Center
If you enable Apple Game Center, Apple manages the account and service under its own terms and privacy controls. You can review and change those controls in your Apple device settings.

IMPORTANT: IN-APP PURCHASES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING CONSUMABLE ITEMS AND REFUNDS.
1. Consumable Purchases
If the current version offers consumable items (such as "Revives," "Skips," or currency packs), their availability and restoration rules are shown in the relevant App Store purchase flow.
- Non-Restorable: Consumable items cannot generally be restored after use, deletion, or a device change. Check the current App Store purchase terms before buying.
- Refunds: Apple processes store purchases and handles the applicable refund process under its own policies.
2. Apple's Role
Apple processes App Store billing under its terms. For billing or refund questions, use Apple's current support channels.
3. "As-Is" Gameplay
Zen Stack Masters relies on a physics engine to simulate gravity and friction. Physics simulations can produce unexpected tower collapses or other gameplay outcomes.
